Reception and On-site Registration
Reception and on-site registration will take place the day of the conference in the Government Conference Centre entrance hall. The registration desk will be open from 8:15 a.m. Conference folders will contain the scientific program, nametags and meal tickets.
A food service area will be available for participants. Nourishment breaks and lunch will be served in the basement of the building. Participants will have access to the food service area upon presentation of the nametag and meal ticket.
Participants will have a choice from a vegan menu during the conference.
Only authorized vehicles are permitted on Parliament Hill. There is no parking available on Parliament Hill, but numerous public and municipal parking lots are located nearby.
Services for Persons with Mobility Impairments
All facilities are wheelchair accessible. Arrangements can be made to authorize vehicle access for the transportation of visitors with reduced mobility the appropriate entrance by contacting Security Services at 613-992-2152 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Government Conference Centre is a smoke-free building. In order to ensure the general well being, smoking in the building is forbidden.
