Registration Terms and Conditions

We invite you to register as soon as possible by using the online registration form. Registration will be considered valid when the GRIDA receives the duly completed form together with payment of the registration fees. It will be possible to register on site the day of the Conference from 8:15 a.m.

Fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes.
Students must provide proof of student status. Members of a non-profit organization must provide proof of membership at the time of reception.

The registration fees include:

  • All conference materials and sessions
  • Access to a simultaneous translation service
  • Refreshment breaks and lunch

Methods of Payment

Payments must be made:

  • By bank cheque to the order of the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) – GRIDA.
  • By Visa or MasterCard: please note that in your next statement the transaction will appear under the name “UQAM”. If there is an error in the fees amount, the GRIDA reserves the right to modify the total amount to be paid.
  • Cash

Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation note will be sent upon receipt of payment. Official receipts will be provided upon registration in the Conference.
